I am remiss in sending monthly recipes to our paid subscribers. And frankly, during the warm weather seasons, my life is so full of animals and gardens and babies that when it comes to food, I opt for the same old thing on repeat so that we can put the kitchen on autopilot.

Since I thought that would bore you, I decided to send out a seasonally appropriate, non-food recipemy recipe for homemade fly spray which we use as a general purpose “bug spray” on everything from the milk stand, the barn walls and floors, our critters, and our kiddos.
